These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the sale of products through the website tonerdeluxe.es, owned by Accesorios Hermanos García, S.L. (NIF B86639721), in compliance with Law 34/2002 (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

2. Products and availability
The products offered are printing consumables and related items. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Images are for illustrative purposes. Availability is subject to stock; if a product is not available after purchase, we will inform you and you may choose an equivalent product or a refund.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. For consumers, the price is shown with VAT included, with an informative breakdown of the tax and shipping costs before completing the purchase. For professional customers, specific terms and prices may apply according to their price tier. In intra-Community transactions with a valid VAT number in the VIES system, the corresponding exemption may apply.
4. Purchase process
To place an order, add the products to the cart and follow the steps of the purchase process (identification, address, shipping and payment). Before confirming, you will be able to review the order summary with the total amount. The purchase is completed by clicking the payment confirmation button, which expressly indicates that the order entails an obligation to pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason, under the conditions described on the Returns and withdrawal page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or professionals.
8. Warranties
Products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in consumer regulations. Consult the conditions on the Warranties page.
9. Invoicing
We issue an invoice for all orders in accordance with current regulations, including the requirements of the verifiable invoicing system (Verifactu). You can request your invoice with your tax details by indicating them during the purchase process.

11. Applicable law
